When Arabs or Palestinians talk about Palestine, which one do they mean?

Posted by admin on April 27th, 2011 and filed under liberate definition | 7 Comments »

Arabs want to liberate palestine, but "Palestine" has so many definitions and maps, which one do they usually mean?

this Palestine?

Or this Palestine?

great question – and i think that Lina answered it right, exposing the real arab face.

they will not settle down until they will build the state of palestine on the ruins of israel.

they do not want peace, they want peace for now, and later to take everything else. just like it said on the polls that the establishment of the palestinian state is just a stepping stone to the destruction of israel.

thank you very much Lina for clearing this point.

People of Politics: Am I sexually liberated, or skanky?

I got to 3rd base with 2 different guys within 24 hours. People of Politics, please help.
What is your definition of a sexually liberated woman?

love,
momo
There’s no such thing of a sexually liberated woman, but there is such thing of one that’s a man. This is a double standard~!
And I’m not a teenager. I’m a 20 year old woman!

Sorry, I’m a homerun king. Remind me again what 3rd base is?

What Concentration Camps Did The Brits Liberate?

I know the Red Army liberated Auswitch (I went there 2 Days Ago) but did the Scottish (British Army) liberate and camps?

The Allies liberated several camps but they were basically American troops as the Brits were stationed elsewhere along the advance.

As far as I know it was not a race or a competition so who liberated who is meaningless, Russian , America and British / Commonwealth troops were all on the same side at that stage with a consensus to eradicate the Nazi menace from Europe.

LGBT, what is your opinion on Lady Gaga’s evolving mission to expand and revolutionize gay rights?

Posted by admin on April 21st, 2011 and filed under liberate album | 1 Comment »

Currently, she’s working on repealing DADT. If you’ve read her FB or seen the VMA’s, you should know.

While I don’t necessarily think it’s the best idea to get political if you’re a commercial artist, Gaga is different. Her herself is not a commercial artist. She’s a lot more liberated than most in the industry today, obviously. Gaga’s using her power to give LGBT a voice, attempting to reverse our oppressed minority. She’s transforming her business into "quality over quantity", and I believe that was her plan in the beginning. Her quite possibly being the most powerful figure in the music industry today, I’m so grateful.

Her third album is dedicated to the gays, hence the title "Born This Way". I feel like she’s starting a mini revolution. I can’t wait until the release.

Although I am not of the LGBT community, I highly highly admire what Lady Gaga is doing! I am VERY supportive of gay rights and I am pleased to see her bringing attention to DADT. People shouldn’t have to hide who they are under ANY circumstance. Intolerance is repulsive.

Since the US is no longer the world police, shouldn’t China deploy its air force to destroy Gaddaffi’s army?

My Father thinks I’m weird for liking Disturbed?

Posted by admin on April 14th, 2011 and filed under disturbed liberate | 9 Comments »

I got a bit in trouble for listening to them and front of him. It was this song

I dont know why. Its an Awseome Song. He calls me "The Disturbed Kid" and "Disturbia"
He said they "Worship Satan". No. In one of his songs, called "Liberate", He says:

Waiting, for your modern messiah
To take away all the hatred

Sometimes being a Christian is Hard.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iijKLHCQw5o
Liberate is nothing compared to satanic images in that one, and the only one is a goat’s skull on a set of bagpipes in a song dedicated to a place of learning for druids. Every one of them were condemned by christians by some point.

Okay, more serious manner. Back when I was a christian, (apostate, currently atheist) and living at home, my dad wasn’t a fan of the stuff I listened to, such as Living Sacrifice, Demon Hunter, and Oh Sleeper. His reason was that he couldn’t understand what the words were and to him, it sounded satanic. Funny enough, he couldn’t make out the words to one of Living Sacrifice’s words which, if I remember correctly, were pretty much lifted from a few verses (might’ve been the song "In Christ". Its been a while since I last heard them, so I might be off about the details).

Overall, the thing to remember is that parents and their children tend to differ when it comes to things like music taste. You do have some things to consider, because you’ve said "sometimes being a christian is hard", since there are verses that deal with obeying parents, treating the mind and body as a temple (depending on who you talk to, listening to foul lyrics can be considered desecrating the mind). If your family doesn’t take that sort of stance, then you should be able to check to see if they’ve played with anybody associated with Lavey’s Satanism (the type that is common amongst the Heavy Metal and Hard Rock circuits) such as Marilyn Manson, and if they haven’t, you should be able to use that to point out that they don’t worship the Devil.

Since I still haven’t answered your title question, I’ll answer it now. Its not weird. Plain and simple.

Is it necessary to liberate H+ ions from H20 in order to have acid?

Posted by admin on April 12th, 2011 and filed under liberate | 2 Comments »

I mean, can’t one simply add ions to water and it would create acid. Like, suppose I were to add an ion like XCa+. Wouldn’t that also have acidic properties? The books only talk about H as the acidic source.

Hi
Well, water is a great thing, universal solvent because of it’s large presence on earth and it being polar and covalent in it’s bonding. Water is neutral on the pH scale because of its strong covalent bonding it does not form protons easily. In fact it takes a lot of electricity to break it down into hydrogen and oxygen gas – and even then there are no protons formed. True acids are generally ionic bonded compounds with Hydrogen and some metal or polyatomic ion attached.

HCl is Hydrogen with a + charge bonded to Cl with a – charge… Hydrogen donates an electron to Chlorine and the ionic bond is formed. (Water’s covalent bond involves sharing of electrons which hold together stronger)

H2SO4 (Sulfuric acid) is a stronger acid and is two hydrogen ions bonded to one sulfate ion (polyatomic)…

Generally acids burn or hurt because of the hydrogen ions being released and actively tearing up organic or metallic objects it comes into contact with. Bee stings for example are so painful due to formic acid (also known as methanoic acid) as well as other painful chemicals in their venom…

Should the west jump in with military force to help liberate Libya?

Posted by admin on April 10th, 2011 and filed under liberate | 15 Comments »

Or should we let the people sort out their politics themselves. Many libyans are saying they dont want western intervention. Could outside interference further divide the country and do more harm than good with massive loss of life?

They shouldn’t but it is looking more and more likely they will. The reason being that they need to get in tight with whatever or whoever comes out leading a new government there.

Kind of like they did with Gaddafi they will get in there and hog as many oil drilling concessions as possible, sell some arms not needed; but, mostly just to keep the capitalist idea of making the new leaders rich so they do what they are told. That is everything in their power that will keep the capitalist in our own so-called democracies wealthy off the people in those middle eastern countries.
The western nations and their governments are about the most hypocritical anyone could ever imagine. I’m afraid though that it seems that is the way the world turns. Shame isn’t it?

When it was decided to fight first to liberate Western Europe, then the Soviet Union, what did that mean for?

Posted by admin on April 7th, 2011 and filed under liberate | 2 Comments »

When it was decided to fight first to liberate Western Europe, then the Soviet Union, what did that mean for the Soviet Union?
This is during WWII.

Your thinking is confused. There was no plan to "liberate" the Soviet Union, since the Soviets were fighting on their own against Germany–they were sent supplies and equipment, but there was no plan to send troops to Russia. Also, the plan decided upon was not Western Europe first, but rather, the Mediterrannean–that means North Africa, then Sicily, then Italy. There were plans in place for invasions of Northern Europe in both ’42 and ’43, but for various reasons, the Allies decided they would not be ready for a successful invasion until 1944. Probably a good thing they did, because doing it before they were really ready would have likely led to disaster.

What you’re probably thinking with "Europe first," is that Roosevelt and Churchill had decided, early on, that Germany was a more serious universal threat than Japan, and so the then available limited resources would be committed to Europe first, the Pacific second.
