They tried a revolt in Tiannemen Square back in the 90′s during the fall of the Berlin Wall but the Chinese army came in crushed it. They’ve gradually made reforms towards a capitalist system but they still have no political or religious freedom. I’d say it would be extremely difficult unless all 4 billion decided to do it all at once. Maybe with the relaxing of restrictions against things like Twitter and Facebook, they can organize.
